Educational video
Space
Supported by the NSF CAREER grant to PI Wei, we worked with MinuteEarth to produce this educational video. This video introduced some basic facts about earthquakes and explained why it is so difficult to predict earthquakes. It also mentioned some on-going efforts to mitigate seismic hazard.
GSO Open House
Our lab participate in GSO open house each year since 2017. We demonstrate some videos and maps about earthquakes. Children really like our mini-earthquake-machine and 3D printed geological features.
